Reliability

The maximum intrinsic value of reliability is established by the machine's design. Fragile, obsolete or unproven technologies lead to low reliability processes.
High intrinsic reliability is relatively easy to achieve in static equipment like piping, vessels and energy distribution systems. In complex machines like rotating equipment, this is much more difficult to attain.

Our concept of Asset Management includes a reliability administration system in which every monitored, repaired or checked machine is recorded, carrying out the root cause follow-up for every machine that fails. The reliability analysis including maintenance prognosis, gives the necessary information to extend operational time and avoid downtime. Continuous improvement eliminates root causes and assures total effectiveness and return of what has been applied in machine management.

Being reliable is a necessary and fundamental condition for overall success. Reliability is to focus on an objective and not the objective in itself.
