Análisis de Estructuras

Structures analysis
It analyses the dynamic behavior of structures in order to evaluate the dominant frequencies of the system by real time vibration analysis. The dynamic excitations study allows modeling the mobility of the structure under operation. By means of the ODS (Operational Deflection Shapes) technique the dynamic model of the equipment under study is obtained. For information processing, in the field as well as for further analysis, the MTI LABSYS is used and for creating the model the ME' Scope VES software is used (a post analysis tool that allows observing, analyzing and documenting machinery and structures dynamic behavior).

The ODS technique allows checking the way the machinery or structure moves during operation, at a determined frequency or at a certain moment in time. The measurements performed contain both the resonant vibrations and the internal and external excitations.

TYPES OF ANALYSIS

Conventional Modal Analysis
Calculation of Natural Frequencies (Resonances), Damping and Mode Shapes in real manner

OMA (Operational Modal Analysis)
Estimation of structural parameters (Resonances, Damping and Mode Shapes) not measuring excitation, i.e. only the system response is measured

SDM (Structural Dynamics Modification)
Aided by the ME' Scope and after the Modal analysis the structural modifications can be tested and new parameters estimated. It is only applicable after the conventional modal analysis.

ODS (Operational Deflection Shapes)
Through this technique, a machine or structure mobility is evaluated under its normal service conditions.
